Best place to stay for big family! :D

I liked that the reception was very near the Kyoto station. The staff were very friendly and accommodating in the reception area. The place overall was the most spacious I've had in Japan. They even had a balcony! Supermarket and izakaya/late bars right across as well. It is the perfect place to be in Kyoto. The bus stop is right outside. It'll take you to all the tourist spots. Around 1 hour away.

There weren't any available 24/7 staff in the building, but we didn't have any major concerns. You can't have the bedding changed if you want to. You are tasked with taking out your own trash. I had a problem with it since the large bin was already full. I also didn't know where to place the recyclable boxes. It's not near the tourist spots, but it's central.

Clean and excellent place for families with kids!

Clean place with kids friendly furniture like the rounded edges of tables! We booked the family room and had fun with the colourful climbing wall and digital games!

The hotel provided bus transportation from the main Kyoto station to overcome the distance from the main area. If you plan your route properly, the place is accessible by bus!

Exceptional

The shuttle bus to the hotel from the check in place. There's a Supermarket right under the hotel. There are plenty of busses to different parts of the city across from hotel.

The floor was a bit noisy and the kitchen is too small for cooking anything more than plain pasta.

Family of 5 enjoyed our stay in Kyoto and at this hotel.

I stayed here with my family (family of 5). The room itself is modern and offered a nice view of the city. We had two queen beds and one pull out bed. Spacious room and bathroom, which had its own washing machine. The bathroom itself has a " drying" option and the instructions in the manual were pretty straightforward. No keys were needed as we were given a code to enter the hotel and also our room. That was very convenient. There is a supermarket right in front of the hotel which was really convenient. The hotel has no staff, they won't clean your room during your stay ( we were there for 6 nights) so we had to take the trash out ourselves. The large trash cans were right outside the hotel so it wasn't an issue. There is no concierge at the hotel itself but there is a telephone there to the main office, their staff have good english skills and they were able to answer our questions perfectly.

The hotel itself is a bit further out from the city center (30 mins to kawaramachi by bus, or 1 hour walk). The check in process is also a bit unusual... we had to go to their head office near Kyoto station to check-in, and that's where we received the code for the hotel itself and our room. They do offer a shuttle service so that was convenient since we all had quite big bags. Just be mindful that if you arrive after 8pm you need to inform the hotel since their check in office might be closed and you will not be able to check in!!!

Very Good

Very friendly staff. Super clean apartment. Well equipped and very spacious. It was super comfortable for 2 adults and 2 babies for a 5 nights stay at Kyoto. Bus station is just on the opposite site of the street so the apartment is very well connected with top tourist attractions in Kyoto. We were satisfied with our stay and I find Resi Stay apartments very good choice for anyone.

We chose this apartment mostly because they stated in the offer they had a baby cot. After booking it occurred that it's additionally paid and the cost wasn't justified in our opinion. Next time I would choose Resi Stay apartment as well, but in better district like neighbourhood of Gion or Higashiyama.

Wonderful

The room was spacious and it had a bus stop right in front of the hotel which was very convenient. There was also a supermarket righ across the road and a Lawson and 7 Eleven nearby.

Volveríamos al mismo hotel!

Buena ubicación, autobuses en la puerta, supermercados en frente. Todo bien explicado y traducido ( uso de electrodomésticos, aseo ..)

Solo que no funcionaba la lavadora.

Fabuleux

Appartement grand et fonctionnel, avec rous les équipements nécessaires. Parfait pour les familles (nous sommes 5 et tout le monde avait un vrai couchage) et se poser plusieurs jours à kyoto.

« Très bonne chambre familiale »

La chambre était super , propre, grande , bien équipée.

Un peu à l’écart des lieux touristiques mais le bus est juste en bas donc ça va .

« Un appartement et un service exceptionnel et de grande qualité »

Un excellent accueil et chech-in nous a été réservé dans des bureaux face à la gare de Kyoto (très facile à trouver). Nous avons eu un magnifique appartement, très grand, parfaitement propre et hyper équipé. Rien ne manque et la décoration est très jolie. L'emplacement est à 5 minutes des transports et des konbinis. Une documentation très détaillée est fournie concernant l'accès à l'appartement, code d'accès, poubelles etc. Nous y avons passé quatre jours et nous avons tout apprécié dans cet appartement. Bonus : A notre arrivée au check-in une navette gratuite nous a été proposé pour nous emmener des bureaux de Resi stay jusqu'à l'appartement. Excellent, bravo et merci à toute l'équipe de Resi stay

« Appartement spacieux, super bien équipé, un peu excentré »

La chambre familiale pour 7 était spacieuse, avec machine à laver, petit cuisine. L'emplacement est un peu excentrée mais avec des lignes de bus ultra bien desservie, et reste dans un quartier animé avec restaurants et autres.

sur 6 nuits il n'y a aucun service annexe, donc pas de ménage ou de changement de serviette... et les clefs sont a récupérer à la gare de Kyoto donc assez loin de l'hébergement, ce qui fait une logistique à prévoir à l'avance !!
